It’s Back to Football!

This is going to be EPIC! Little Green Bay, Wisconsin, takes the national spotlight.  Anticipated record crowds engulf Lambeau Field. The last two consecutive Super Bowl winners, The New Orleans Saints, winners of Super Bowl XLIV and The Green Bay Packers, winners of Super Bowl XLV, who literally brought the Vince Lombardi Trophy home, compete in tonight’s NFL Opening Game in Green Bay, Wisconsin, at legendary Lambeau Field.

The weather is going to be a “10” for all fans tailgating and will stay beautiful throughout the big game; 70’s during the day mid 60’s in the evening with plenty of sunshine.

Today’s Game is the most highly anticipated NFL opener Kick off game ever! The NFL has spared no expense in making opening day in “Titletown, USA”, an event for all fans to remember.

The Corner of S. Oneida Street and Armed Forces Drive have been transformed into a masterful concert stage.
  • 3:15pm -The NFL Kickoff Concert is scheduled to open the site today.
  • 4:20pm -Maroon 5
  • 4:56pm -Kid Rock
  • 6:16pm -Lady Antebellum
  • 6:33pm -Concert Ends
  • 7:30pm -Game Starts and will be hosting a special football tribute,
  • 7:45pm -Approximately Kickoff
    The Game can be viewed on NBC and will not be interrupted by the President’s speech. In addition to the NFL Kickoff Concert and the Big NFL Kickoff Game, there are events and activities for the whole family to take part in and enjoy.
    • The Resch Center will be hosting the NFL PLAY 60 Youth Football Festival from 9am – noon. 
    • Bart Starr Plaza will be the Game Day Village, from 10am to 7:30pm,
    • Shopko Hall will be Bud Light Fan Camp from 10am to 7:30pm.
      Check out the vendor tents, they are loaded with giveaways and really do a good job engaging fans.  GMC offers fans to make a game day commentary video. NFL is introducing a new show and website for kids. Verizon has all sorts of free giveaways and fun family activities. Papa John’s will be handing out free pizza to fans, Pepsi not only handing out free Pepsi Max soda to thirty fans, but taking complementary fan photos that are just AWESOME.  The vendor list goes on and on and each one is more creative then the next, so check those out it will be worth your while. In addition there will be opportunities throughout the day at various locations to get autographs signed from former NFL players.
